Hello Honda riders. i have been browsing the forum since may when i bought my F4 (1999, stock black and yellow bumble bee look 28K miles), tons of great info and people here, feel likes its time to do my introduction and show what i have.

I am located east central indianapolis, bought this F4 in the middle of may and have worked on it since. including the current repaint and repairs prior to motogp coming up. i work for Volkswagen and also help a friend run his independent shop where we do everything from cars to bikes to lawnmowers anything with an engine really.

Repairs/Mods so far: APE chaintensioner(bike sounded horrible at purchase), flush mount turn signals, integrated LED brake light, Hotbodies undertail, full tune up and maintenance.

the bike was rough when purchased, lots of scratches and gouges in plastice wheels chipped up pretty bad and cracks in both sides and tail plastics. within the last two weeks i have been prepping for new paint, had to make it different. my photo album has pictures from stock to current not fully finished yet, paint is done waiting on a few more parts to come in.

Very unique. I like it! Are you going w/ the same grey color for the wheels?

 

the wheels are very close to the same grey, we ran out of paint and had to mix others to match, won't know how well they match until its put back together and out in the sun
