the wheel n tie cleaner I use gets all tat crap off good too, its from turtle wax.

Ehm.. I'm pretty sure you don't want to use something really aggressive like brake cleaner on rubber...

non clorinated and low voc brake cleaner is not that harsh of a chemical but it worked tire hook up great with less than 75 miles on them. Ill take chance of something working or not working instead of laying my new bike down i took 400 git to the tire then wiped it down with a little brake cleaner did not soak the tire in there it may cause some issue with drying the rubber out.
