If its not broke dont fix it!!!

I have just done a front fairing swap and now it's not running right
I took out the spark plugs and they looked fine it is running a bit rich I can smell fuel in the exhaust

now they only thing that is different to the bike was before the swap is:

Looks like a breather pipe that was connected to the ram air is just resting up in the fairing not in direct air flow

and the ram air ducts have gaps in them

If anyone has any ideas it would be great cause I only have 2 more months before I have to sell the bike and it has now spent 4 weeks in the garage GRRRR >

 

check vacuum lines.
