Default have an f4 clicks between 3 and 5,000 rpm CCT???

Just joined the forum and wanted to show everyone a few pics of my baby. I have a clicking sound in the engine at about 3 to 5,000 rpms in every gear, is this caused by the Cam Chain Tensioner going bad on me?

I have the same "clicking" sound on my 99 F4. Had it looked at a couple of times by different people. Some of the people had the F4 when it first came out and the remember the same sound. I think alot of people chalk it up as a sound the cycle makes and does not mean any thing is wrong.
