Default Good time to rebuild the motor??

Hey everyone!
I have a 99 CBR F4, with 37,000+ miles on the motor.
I have NO leaks (Thank GOD!) and just the annoying CCTL rattle. ( I made the mistake by going back with an OEM style, so its back).. Needless to say, when would it be a good time to rebuild the motor?
I still have tons of power, and torque and the clutch is in good shape too...

Any suggestions?

Leave it alone and fix the CCT.

37k is just broken in....

+1 as long as you keep up to date on the regular maintenance the F4's engine will serve you well. I used to run seafoam through the bike every 4 tanks, I have recently switched to using techron concentrate once a month along side my truck. Also most leaks can be fixed without having to drop the motor however if yo are itching to tare a motor down and learn a thing or two about it I would recommend buying a second motor and rebuilding that.
