i was curious about your skill..
if you've done car motors a bike motor should be a breeze, depending on how far your going to go with it..
personally if you dont find anyone willing to bite and sometimes the guy your looking for just hasnt read the post.. i would start youtubing your model bike, ive found tranny rebuilds and stuff like thhat without even really lookin too hard..
and also theres alot of guys in here that are instructors and racers.. you might have to seek those guys out, instead of hoping they'll come to us...
if i find anything i'll let you know...anyway it makes for a good winter project, thats why i'm interested...

oh and one last thing, there are alot of build threads in here. with motor rebuilds in them.. your answer might lye somewhere in there too!!
