Default Good Deal?

So this is my first post and I have been on this site many times before and i do trust the opinions of most users here so here's my question.

I recently bought a 2000 F4 and i was wondering if it was a good deal?
I would also like to add that my previews bike (1996 F3 smokin joes (Wrecked by a friend) i bought for $1,900)

I bought the bike this past Friday with about 19,700 miles on her.
Price: the bike was listed on Craigslist for $2,500 but i only paid the man $1,980. It is in fair shape however it seems the handlebars don't exactly feel straight (opinions? It doesn't seem like the forks are bent) and I also have the feeling he stunted on it a bit (If so he must have been pretty good because it doesn't really seem like it)

Welcome to the forum. Be sure to stop by the New Member area.

KBB suggests $2,395. Of course, prices have many factors; area, mileage, condition, additional equip/mods, etc. From what I can see in the pics, it looks like a nice looking F4. For $1,980, assuming the bike is in good mechanical/operating order, I'd say you got a good deal.

Need more info &/or pics on the handlebars to understand what you are referring to. Difficult to see anything you describe in the pics.

Thank you for your imput and ill be sure to heads over to the new members forum shortly. As far as the handle bars go i will try to get pics up soon but to further explain, when i ride it in a straight line one hand seems to be closer to my person than the other. It is not very noticeable but i notice it. when i asked him about it he said i may need to adjust it. but overall the bike rides fine and moves a bit quicker than my f3 so i like it. im hoping it will keep up better with my friends 05 600rr.

Good deal on the bike! Adjust the clip on a bit and you'll be fine...take is slow cause bikes still new & you need to get use to...
