Default Front rotors question

My Left front rotor on my 99 F4 is warped and I'm trying to buy a new one, I was wondering what is compatible with my rim? I have a OEM rim. Tried ordering a set on ebay but they turned out to be the wrong ones. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

The OEM rotors are excellent.

Galfer rotors are nice (& pricey).

EBC make rotors for the F4 as well.

I never buy vital components from ebay unless I know the source. You can get the above from your local dealer, bikebandit, ronayers, motorcyclesuperstore, etc.

pmed you CJ, gotcbr are the front rotors interchangable? I read on fireblades that the arrows are only for aesthetics.

Yes, they'll work on either side but once they've been run on a particular side, they need to continue to be run that way due to pad wear.

I was told that the rotors were handed so that the drilled pattern of holes went through the pads in a particular direction.

The normal way of rotation has the inner ring of holes meeting the pads first
When you run in reverse - the outer ring of holes meets the pads first.

Something to do with less ****** and a smoother feel on the brakes when run the correct way
