I have a 99 f4 I bought it used has 28,600 miles and ran fine for three months. this is my first bike I have already checked the fuel pump and the fuel cut off relay there fine the fuel filter is good and I even changed the plugs I can get it to start and run from time to time but it eventually back fires and dies I don't know what it could be so if there is any one out there that an throw me any kind of advice I would really appreciate it

 

Are you using premium gas??? I had the same problem had it diagnosed and was told to only run premium Exxon gas. Did it and runs perfect. Took about three days for the problem to resolve though.
