Default F4 overheating

Today I started up my 99 F4 and left it run about half hour while I did some things in the garage. I did this periodicaly throughout the winter. just to run my bike.
this time when I went to check it it was steaming and antifreeze was shooting out of the bottom of the bike. I quickly turned it off. let it cool . Did anyone ever have this happen ?and what could be wrong ? I think the antifreeze was comming out the overflow but I am not sure.

Why the hell are you letting your bike run for 30 minutes without it moving? Your forcing it to overheat doing that.
