Default F4 flywheel removal

Hey guys, I have an f4 with a seized engine so i bought a salvaged one and swapped it out but it came with a bent flywheel. I need to take the flywheel off the old motor and put it on the new one, however I cannot seem to get the flywheel off and there is nothing in the f4 forums saying how it is done or what is needed.

I have searched and come up with the f3's you need a special tool or could use a bolt that was on the bike elsewhere, though it never said how to use the bolt to get it off? I am wondering if I could just use a 3 armed flywheel puller for the job or if someone knows the technique of just using a bolt(i have no impact gun if that matters).

thanks for the help.

There is a copy of a manual somewhere on here that tells you how to remove or repair everything on the f4. It has pictures and everything might wanna check it out. Never had to work on a flywheel b4

fly wheel.... hmmm what's that? a fly with a wheels?

anyway nuff of my dumbness... you can do 1 of two things you can (A) buy the special tool and always know when you need to do this kinda stuff you always have it or (B) take the crankshaft to a honda dealer ship and tell them you would like this removed. They normally don't charge for that kind of things if they aren't busy

I just had to rebuild my transmission and I had this same issue I had to get my flywheel off. What ended up working for me was I managed to find an oil pan drain bolt off a diesel truck that threaded into the centre there and you just thread it in and pop goes the flywheel, worked champ.
