Only adjust the pilot screw once you have completely eliminated all other possible causes of the problem. This situation can have a TON of causes, so you've got a long way to go before you start swearing at a pilot screw.

This is a very common problem and Im surprised that after 3 pages no one has sugggested that, when the bike is hot, the fan is drawing alot of the bikes electrical power and thus having a weak spark until the bike starts charging at about 4k RPM.

That's an R/R problem. The R/R exists precisely to prevent that situation. If it's occurring, the R/R needs to be replaced.
