Default Cylinder Numbers

So I took off my valve cover and put everything back together but I didn't pay attention to what spark plug went where thinking it would be marked but I can't find it. Anyways I have numbers printed on the coil wires but I don't know which cylinder is which. I'm thinking that it's 1234 starting with one being closest to the cam chain but I keep thinking that I pulled them out the opposite way. Any help appreciated. It's a 1999 cbr f4 since I forgot to mention that.

1-4 left to right setting on the bike. the one closest to cam chain is 4. it doesnt matter which hole you put which plug or coil. just matters that you get the harness plugged back right.
