Totally frustrated, long story short, i've replaced the icm, replaced the 3.9v zener diode, i have 9v from the pink wire, battery voltage at the coil and correct pulse gen voltage (4v while cranking). However when cranking i don't get the 100v ignition voltage at the coil. sidestand and clutch switch are bypassed (this is a track bike). Bike is in neutral. Any ideas would be spectacular cause i am at a loss.

 

To go along with this, when the ignition and kill switch are on the coils have 12.3v at the Black/White wire, and 10.0v at all the others. When cranking it has 8.6v at the others but I'm measuring no peak voltage anywhere near 100v with the peak voltage adapter. I've checked the pulse genereator again and am definitely getting 4v to the ICM. The pink wire is getting me 11.2v when everything is on, and 9.54v while cranking. Any ANY help with this would be helpful.
