I got a 99 CBR with 32000 km on it and never checked the synchronization of the carbs. When I take off full throttle in first sometimes it's not goin the way it's supposed to and when it's fairly hot it sometimes hesitates when starting from a standstill. What are the chances of the carbs being out of sinc. Thanks for any help
