The Grease I decided to use is the best I could find.

If it gets to hot it will liquid-fly and when it cools down it will turn back to solid. It also won't float away if completely submerged in water but I don't plan on that happening.

Nice updates Boyo!

F4 vs F4i rear wheels...

While the microfiche shows dif part #'s for the axle & spacers, they appear to be the same parts & have been reported as such.

The cush drives & sprockets are not interchangeable between wheels.

So, using your F4 axle & spacers, you simply need to have the entire F4i rear wheel setup (F4i cush drive & sprocket), & your good to go.

You'll ask for the cush drive setup for the F4i rear wheel (yes, its for a 600). Personally, for this part, I'd search for a used one on ebay or at a motorcycle salvage yard first b/f buying new from the dealer. Most likely, it would be at considerable cost savings.

Nevertheless , you need the damper set - i.e. the rubbers, the sprocket (your choice of size), & sprocket assembly/carrier (this contains multiple parts - that I can't remember if they come all together in the carrier or separate). They'll know. Ask them to show it to you on the microfiche if you order new from a local dealer or you can look at it on the online diagrams on bikebandit or ronayers.

They say a pic is worth a 1000 words...so I took a few pics of my spare rear wheel, which is an F4i wheel (pardon the dirt, its been in storage). Anyway, here ya go...

Complete wheel w/ cush drive & sprocket...

Sprocket & carrier off the wheel...

Notice the flange sub assembly (collars & bearings) inside the axle area on the sprocket carrier...
