For some reason my battery wont charge while riding. I understand the batter only charges at 5000 RPMs but for some reason my bike does not seem to charge my battery. I have used a multi meter and found some weird info. For anyone who is familuar with the testing process, I tested my rectifier. The testing procedures tell me that the rectifier should test .2v or below. I was running at .4 for the green wire and .3-.4 for the red wire. I double grounded my neagtive wire, and dropped the reading to .3 . I just cannot figure why I would be running a .3 - .4 on positive. The testing papers said I could have a bad connection, but I cleaned both connectors. so a shiny finish. I purchased a new Yuasa Battery and I Am able to charge it and it does hold a charge. Any ideas from anybody. In fully charging battery again today for another test trial.

what does your battery voltage read at while reving in neutral to 3-4k?

Just so you know, the rectifier can "test" fine but still not work.
