Is it hard to do a basic tune up on a bike.....i know how to do it on a car but this is my first bike and i dont know how to do it. what things do i need and does anyone have any instructions. this is for 99 honda cbr 600 F4....thanks

 

Well depends on what all you want to do for a basic tune up, I would suggest the following:
Clean/replace air filter
Replace spark plugs
Clean carbs
Inspect/replace fuel filter
Check intake and exhaust for leaks

There's a link in my signature for cleaning your carbs. Air filter and spark plugs are covered in the owners manual. Fuel filter and checking for leaks are easy enough to figure out on your own.
While you're at it I would suggest giving your suspension a once over and making sure nothing is on its way out. Good luck!
