Back brake problem??????
I can get my back break to lock up my rear tire. i have good pads my rotor looks good also. When i press the break it slows the bike down it just doest lock it up. Im not exactly sure if its suppose to lock it up or not. please help me.. everyone telles me it should lock up the tire and by the way my brake fluid level is where its suppose to be. HELP????
Thats kinda a good thing. You don't want to lock up the rear tire or thr front for that matter. Your brakes are the best when they are almost at the point of locking up but don't. If you really want to lock up the rear then you are going to fish tail, and your going to laid it down.

If you want to lock up your back wheel just slam on the back brake as hard as you can and it will lock up. Trust me! I don't recommend trying it though and if you do remember not to let off the back brake till you come to a complete stop (hopefully you are still on the bike at this point0.
How does the pedel feel? is it soft or firm? If it's firm, your pads could be going, if it's soft, and there is no visible leak, your master cylinders needs to be looked at. Just my $0.02
