check your rectifier regulator for the battery issue

I'm bringing this thread back to the front page!

Finally back from an extended CBR hiatus...Got my wheels done up and put on!

Also, last time I cranked her up, she was idleing rough, with little throttle response. I was checking around and found a few things.

1. Double check alignment on throttle sensor. (I did remove this durring the rebuild, but neglected to make sure it was aligned before putting back in.)

2. Balance carberators.

3. Replace carberator gaskets - I did this tonight, as the old ones werent making a good seal with the bells of the carbs. The new ones are a LITTLE better.... has anyone had to add any RTV sealant to the gaskets to reduce their inner diameter?
