no its not stolen i bought this from a friend who owned the bike and i was going to put it into a shifterkart but the other guy who was going half in it with me decided not to and i am stuck with the stuff and am selling to get my money back

 

What color and brand is the tire hugger? How cheap is cheap? The the exhaust a slip on or a whole system?
