Hiyu Rocketman and by the way ..welcome mate to the CBRForum ...
There is nothing worse that a problem that has no easily identifiable reason ...
If you have checked all those things with no result ??? hmmm ???
then....
I think the 600 guys might be able to help you... ... I am not too skilled with those rides mate, so I will leave the advise to them

The switch should either be up or down - as long as it isn't facing forward you are okay. Some people on here say that one way is reserve, and one way is normal tank but I don'tTHINK that is the case.
To clear this up - you are getting NO power huh? No lights? No Horn? The Fuel Pump doesn't prime when you turn the key? NOTHING!!??

Yes - I would definitely be looking at the battery. These little batteries are mediocre/adequate at best. Definitely might be worth 50 bucks to start fresh with a new battery. I haven't had my bike long, but when I had a jetski I made it a point to just recycle the old battery at the beginning of the year and start with a NEW battery.

Yea sounds to me like a battery/stator issue. Unlike a car battery a bike battery is actively used while the bike is running. Its hard to be 100% sure without seeing it in person but the fact that when you push started the lights flickered, that tells me that the circuit is flowing freely. Charge you battery up overnight on a charger. Then grab a voltmeter and when you have the bike started, measure the voltage through the battery while giving it some throttle (about 4-5k). If you are getting about 14 volts, change your battery, otherwise it appears you need a new stator or voltage regulator
