My 1999 cbr 600 f4 will not crank I replaced battery, jump solenoid starter good dash lights up full pump primes and a click from jump solenoid any ideal also tested the zener diode all is good

1. what voltage do you measure into kill-switch?

2. kill-switch = RUN, measure voltage leaving kill-switch, volts = ???

3. voltage going into start-button = ??

4. press start-button, voltage leaving start-button = ??

5. press start-button; voltage at yel/red terminal at starter-solenoid = ???

This is 5-minute repair with multimeter. Or less in many cases

 

Is it in gear with the sidestand down? Sidestand switch working? Neutral switch working?
