I have a 2000 600 and was wondering if switching out to the 06 was advantageous. Looks a bit different then mine but since they are not side by side I cant tell. Only reason I ask is because I can score it for dirt cheap.

 

umm think the 06 is when they started casting the upper shock mount into the swingarm, so it cant be used for the swap on the F4/i.

NO real advantages or disadvantages. You'll have spool tabs, looks better, stronger, better rear shock, ok maybe their are a few advantages lol

You're correct, 99 - 06 all the same for the F4/i.

 

Alright then i will stick with my 00 then. For some reason it looked different.
