Default Yet another Fuel Pump Thread

So I need a new fuel pump and hate waiting for parts to be shipped. I found this one (in stock) at advance auto parts:

http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_Electric-Fuel-Pumps-Universal-Mr--Gasket_5400317-P_N3339K_P|GRP2030P___

My question is, will this one work the same way as far as pulsing when needed? Or will it just run constantly because it doesn't seem to have any type of switch built in like the original? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

just get the one for the 84 accord from autozone they overnight it if you go to the store, all you have to do is trim the bracket down with some snips and re-solder the connector and it works perfectly

Good call. I called them and they'll have it for me in 3 hours.
