WRECK MY BIKE TONIGHT

Well lets see im new so i just want to say whats up everybody. ok well this is what happened i was doin some twistys with my buddy and i just got out of a coner. I went over a hill and sall a blazer pullin out, i thought to myself.....oohhh S***. i jamed on the brakes to try and stop. i skided for about 150 feet before i went in the ditch and high sided my bike, i was pissed because the guy didnt even stop. the people across the street sall it all. the guy ran out in the street and tried to stop the blazer but like a *** he keep going. lucky the people one house down new him so they called him and he said he was going to come back....ok well to make a long story short the cops came and got all the info. and there are still trying to see who is at fault, because i was going 65 in a 55. so what do u think whos at fault????????

MAn u should have never admited u were going over speed limit....doesnt matter how long the skid was, never admit...let them give u the ticket or whatever....unless u rear end someone or something obvious like that, dont admit it cos thats the end for u, now they dont htink u were going 65 but probably 75-80....Good luck

I'm an MP and what they teach us is that it doesn't matter how fast you were going over the limit ... speeding is speeding. Naturally, I disagree with this because I drive way too fast but the insurance companies don't see it our way. Also, if you are ever in an accident, never admit responsibility no matter how obvious you were at fault or not. Let the insurance companies prove who was at fault.

I dunno... I would think it's mostly gonna be your fault. A friend of mine got into a road rage incident and a guy ran him off the road. But the other guy never actually made contact with him, so they couldn't prove anything. My buddy had to pay for all the damages himself (at least his insurance did).
I don't know for sure since you have witnesses, but I think they are going to say you need to have control of your vehicle. I hope not.
