Default wont stay running

Ok, so i pulled the bike apart over the past few months for a once over. The bike was running perfectly befor i did this. Now that i am done working on it i cannot get it to hold an idle. It will start but dies out after about 5 seconds. Now i must mention that i have done nothing to the motor just painted the bike replaced the chain sprockets breaks front forks rear swingarm n all that good stuff. But i did mess with the adle/air n i cannot get it to stay running. I have charged the battery to full about 4 times. Now i have tried to get it running quite a few (four full charges) times. Is it possible that i killed the spark plugs? Should i bring it to a shop? I am tired of working on the bike! I only did the cosmetics cuz it was running so well. Please push me in the right direction. I need modivation i live in louisiana if anyone local can help i will pay!

First thing I'd say to do is make sure the the vacum hoses are attached. Including the hoses that go up to the "nostrils".

Also make sure you get new gas. The new gas sucks donkey ***** for meth because of that 10% ethanol crap. Boat motors have taken a big hit because of that.
