on my a/f mixture screw i did 1.5 turns and it runs perfect. but i have k and n filter two brothers and a stage one jet kit. i dont know what stock adjustments are. just make sure you are actually turning the screw. its a hassle sometimes to know if your turning it or not i wish there was a see thru adjuster tool

 

I have 1997 F3 thats never really just gave me any problems. But recently things are looking bad. Sometimes the startup can be rough, sometimes as it sits and runs its runs pretty rough when the rpms are low. But if you open the throttle up the motor acts like it wants to cut off but it doesn't and when the rpms get higher it idles fine. I had the carbs cleaned a few months ago. Anyone got any info that may be helpful.
