Thank you. Get the rear end rebuilt in the next few days once I have tyre fitted to the new wheel.

Then it’s on to the fork seals and front wheel bearings

Rear end is finally assembled and a quick test run to check OK.

All felt fine except rear brake is very weak but probably pads glazed due to continuously running disk before. I’m guessing fluid might be cooked also.

Will get a set of pads on her ASAP. Rear end now all
satin black ready for the wrap.

I'd flush the fluid for the brakes as well. Nice job man, congratulations.

Oh yea, after you get your rear wheel aligned, don't forget to put the lock nuts on the adjusters so they don't move.

Managed to get some more done. Fork seals completed shot and seized in there solid. New seals after local bike shop helped get them out. Then callipers had been bodged and disks were shot also.

this cheap bike doesn’t seem so cheap now! New disks and sintered pads

I'm having a similar issue, but it isn't with the wheel, its with the sprocket, my bearing sits exactly like this. idk if its right or not, because i cannot get it in the hole flushed
