Weird electrical problem
Hi guys, last night as I was going out to take the bike for a ride, I noticed some weird electrical problems. The entire gauge cluster won't come on, nor will the oil indicator, neutral light, side stand light, or brake lights. But, the headlights come on and the bike runs fine. Any ideas??? I thought about fuses but I have no idea where the other fuses are.

There is a side panel, on the right. Just below the bars, in the fairing.
A single screw holds it in place.
Don't assume, looking at a fuse, that it is good. Always either test them
or replace with a known good or new one. Don't assume a new one is good.
Try several, that will lower the odds of a factory-failure, clouding the issue.
Also, check the two big harness connectors (and the myriad of small ones),
that connect under the guages, at the mainstay. A loose connection will
often cause similar problems.
Good luck, Ern

There is no fuse box where its supposed to be....... wtf. I looked more closely and it looks like the previous owner wired aftermarket turn signals and led rear lights. He bypassed alot of the wiring and it looks like a complete mess. I think i might just rewire the entire bike to simplify it all. Maybe run everything in the rear independently off of the front brake/rear brake and a master switch. I'm trying to decipher this wiring diagram, it looks like everything(turn signal, brakes, speed sensor) are all connected to each other. Its gonna be a pain in the a$$ to figure out whats wrong.
