so after i replaced the entire harness that po hacked up. it started right up i drove her all day yesturday and today, then i go to take off and i stretch first gear out a bit and boom my headlights stop working!

i bring the bike home replace all the fuses, replace all the relays and it still doesnt work, im am not getting power to the headlight plug?!

what can this be?

 

Straight forward easy fix. It's common for the wires in the Engine Start switch to break loose from their solder joints. Check this thread.

 

holy crap i resoldered this wire a week ago lol maybe my soldering skills suck and it came loose again thanks alot man ill check it tomm. !!
