Default Mad as hell

So today after slaving all day putting up a shed for a buddy I come home wanting nothing more than to ride my beast on such a lovely afternoon. My bike is kept in my landlord's garage which he uses to store a beautiful all original '55 chevy and his lawnmower and various equipment he uses for his large carpet cleaning business. So I gear up, kiss the fiance goodbye, and I walk into the garage to find my bike laying completely on it's side. Apparently one of his employees decided to move it over and apparently didn't put it back on the stand. This same thing happened about four weeks ago when someone damaged the $50,000 chevy bel-air that sits next to my bike. Both of my mirrors were broke, my front fairing cracked where the left mirror attaches, and my windscreen is scratched all to hell. Luckily I had already ordered a new windscreen and my brand new helibars which were installed on Saturday weren't damaged. The rest of the plastics looked fine (thank god for frame sliders). But I'm so mad I could shoot someone. To move something that doesn't belong to you without asking, and then to damage it and not tell anyone (which is exactly what this mystery a**hole did with the chevy) is downright spineless. Be a man, fess up to your mistakes. Needless to say my day, scratch that, month is ruined and tomorrow I will be having a nice long discussion with the boss to find out who exactly was in that garage today. I'm also going to get a disc lock to make sure it cannot be moved without me knowing it. Just had to vent.

I was like what the ****. I picked the bike up and took off down the road but I couldnt find him, He either lived close or new the area really well and ducked in someone. Yup, I had two drunk guys push my bike over and run. Very few things make me madder.

Hey Duck, don't have the convo with anyone. Set up a camera, seriously. If you have a chat you most likely will have no sollution excpet that your bike wont get knocked over anymore. If you park your bike in the way and you tape the person who keeps knocking it over you can get reimbursment.

If they knock it over on accident I can be sympathetic. If they knock it over on accident and leave it there then they crossed the line. I'd threaten to sue if I were you.

See if you cant lock it to the floor. This way people won't get creative with ways to move a 450 lb object that wont roll. They'll try floor jacks, helium balloons, anything. If the bitch is lagged into concrete it'll be safe.

Yup. hell would have no fury if that had happened to me. I mean, I dropped my bike in my own garage one time (no cracks or damage, just light scuffs in plastic and mirror) and I was ready to shoot myself... If it had been someone else, I would be blood lusting.

The thing is that my landlord is a great guy and he is actually out of town right now. It's one of his guys that has no respect. From what I understood nobody is even supposed to be in thta garage except for him or me. Like I said a few weeks ago someone damaged his 55 chevy and didn't tell him, and I talked with him about it right after it happened and he said the same things I did about people damaging stuff and not fessing up. I'm sure when he gets back he's gonna lay down the law with his guys. And knowing him he's at least gonna offer to pay for the mirrors. I'm not too worried as I was going to get the bike painted this winter anyway (so I'll just have my guy fix the crack then) and the mirrors were only about 50 bucks and the replacements are on the way. It could have been a lot worse. Five years ago I I would have been so mad I probably would have killed everyone on my block. I guess my old age has mellowed me out lol.
