VORTEX blinkers?????
My inherited 600 f3 has the tailight "kit that does away with the rear blinkers and has the taillight blink instead. The bulbs are still the standard taillight bulbs. The frt blinkers appear to be LED of some type. Question is the blinkers blink super fast. Why and has anyone ever heard of the VORTEX kit? Is the VORTEX little box located in the rear a flasher or what purpose does it serve. I have no pics rt now but could post some if needed when I return home next week.
What you probably need is to throw some resistors in there. I think 3 ohms is what I use on mine, but get your own confirmation... Do a search on here, there's tons of info as this is a problem that occurs when you switch to LEDs which draw less power than the stock bulbs.
Can't tell you anything about the vortex kit, specifically.
