valve noise

Default valve noise

i dont know whats up with my bike but i changed the oil the other day it took a while for the system to prime now but ive rode it twice now and if i wind it up it get a ticky noise to it but it goes away when its cold or i aint runnin it hard any ideas

pump may be going out...
especially if it took a while to prime after the oil change...

I would say you need your valve clearances adjusted. Should do it soon just to make sure the cams are in fact getting oil.

i was thinkin it could be both of your answers or the only other thing i could think is the oil was bottled with the wrong weight i put 10 w 40 in it
