Vacuum on 96f3 petcock?

Default Vacuum on 96f3 petcock?
Need help explaining what all hoses from gas tank are and their purpose. Is there suppose to be vacuum on petcock valve. Please help, trying to get this bike to run. Thankx

The hoses, 2 of them are just vent tubes. The fuel petcock doesn't have a vacuum actuator.

Thank you for your help. I just saw these hoses hooked to nothing and i was confused!my first time working on bike engine but i think ill get it !!!

Good luck and let us know how things go. There's a lot of good information in the F3 section. It covers most aspects of the bike.
