I have a 97 f3 that spits and sputters when i'm riding it. Does anyone know if there is a vacum line that needs to be hooked up anywhere?

 

There are quite a few vacuum lines on the F3's. There isn't one however on the petcock for an F3.

 

would any of the vacum lines not being hooked up cause the bike to spit and sputter??

When i bike is in neutral it tachs out no problem, there is no hesitation in the throttle. When i am riding it, it seems to surge. The exhaust keeps popping. Then as i shift to second the bike will die out with no response to the throttle.
