While you may have a carb issue, running even a lot rich/lean won't create a difference of 350 degF between the cylinders on the left and the ones on the right. I think you have other problems that are causing the difference in temp.

I think your problem is a bad ignition coil, especially since its two cylinders on one side that is problematic. You have two ignition coils, one for cylinders 1 and 2 and the other for cylinders 3 and 4. Try swapping them and see if the problem occurs on the problem occurs on the other two cylinders. If so, then you know its an ignition coil.

thanks for the manual Gerharddvs, ya i thought for 75 i might just go to them b.c thats cheap, i thought about the coil thing before but it runs really good still so i wasnt sure i could try that tommorow i have been gone all today so i couldnt do anything today thank again everyone for the help

check ur plug wires.

someone switched two of mine and it caused a HUGE differnce in temps and made the bike run crappy.

One coil operates 1 and 3 and the other operates 2 and 4. It is, however, possible that someone switched plug wires but if that was the case, the bike would be backfiring like hell and not performing well at all. I have been working on bikes for quite a while and I have only ever even heard of 3 or 4 ignition coils being bad.
