Turn signals not working
So i bought the 600 f3 last weekend. and i noticed the blinkers blinked faster than normal. today i was riding and it was humid and foggy and i noticed that the blinkers wouldn't work when I turned them on. instead they would randomly come on when they felt like it then turn off whenever they felt like. when i got home i parked, turned them on and listened and i could still hear the ticking that the blinkers make yet still no flash from the bulb. Also, just a side note, the indicators on the cluster were not blinking either. the bulbs and cluster were both not working together.

If the indicators are standard OEM parts (i'e not LED's) then rapid blinking is the symptom of a blown bulb or bad connection. If they are LED's then you would probably need a different relay and / or resister in the connectors to the indicators (blinkers for our American cousins).
Anything more serious than that I would be looking at the connectors first to make sure that they are sound and the correct voltage getting to the bulbs before you start replacing relays etc.
To get an initial view then as 'dannoxyz' is fond of saying 'with an multi meter this is a five minute fix' to test the connections before going any further

My issue is similar to the original in that none of the indicators come on, the indicator signals on the dash don't come on and the relay either doesn't click or clicks rapidly even though nothing lights up. It was working fine one day and then not last time I rode it. All bulbs are good.

test by removing flasher-relay and bridging terminals in socket with jumper, this bypasses relay and sends power directly to winkers with no flashing.
the try flipping winkers again
If they turn ON and stay ON, problem is bad flasher relay
If they don't turn ON, you've problem with fuse, bulbs and/or wiring
