Default Turn Signals and Guages not working

Hello Everyone, Im hopeing someone can help me, about two weeks ago I installed flush mount turn signals on my 94 f2, everything was working fine, about four days later i noticed the signal indicator gauge on the cluster was blinking faster, then the next day all of a sudden I went to put on my signal and NOTHING, the turn signal guages on the cluster doesnt come on and the rear signals dont come on. However when I switch the turn signal switch to the right, the right front turn signal goes off and when I switch it to the left, the left signal goes off. Now these turn signals are the running lights also, so they are always on. ALso keep in mind the back signals dont come on at all. This is very strange and just and fyi, I check the fuses they are fine and i checked the wiring to the back signals that i installed and everything is hooked up rite. Keep in mind i didnt do any changing to the front turn signals, only the back. Please help.lol

You put resistors in your wiring?

You would get more help in the Tech forum but i will abliage here. You may want to get the resistor that changes from resistor that has a broken bulb outage to a non broken bulb outage. Click here for the site
I bought mine resently and works great. I have all around LED's now and i used to have led fronts and bulbs rear.

No I didnt put resistors on, Im not really all that bike modification savvy, but I do know some basics on how to tie two wires together so I figured I could do this, but I thought you only needed resistors when putting on leds, I have bulb lights. also what would cause the signal cluster guages to go out along with the turn signals themselves? Oh and I checked the bulbs and I cant see where they are blown and they come on as far as running lights, Im I missing something?
