Default Transmission Noise?

I am just curious, sometimes while at low RPM's I can feel my transmission kick back into work so to speak when I resume throttle at low rpm's it does not do this if I am revving high just luggin around...it feels different to me than any other bike or quad I have ridden before but I have always ridden dirtbikes this being my first streetbike. Is there any cause for concern in this? I can also feel or hear it if I am in first and rollign really slow and work the clutch back and forth in and out of the friction zone. Can anyone shed light on this it has me worried a bit. Also worst case scenario how much does it cost to rebuild the transmission in my f3? Can it be done without splitting the cases, or do you have to take the whole motor and all completely down to the bottom where the trans is?

tran rebould would require it to be taken apart. but this sounds like a bad chain.

how tite is it, remeber siting on it check it. should be no more than a 1/2in from down to up or vise versa. if there is a lot of slack then ajust it. if it cant then you need a new chain

I just installed a brand new set of sprockets and a new chain last week. (The old one was in BAD shape) and it is not that I originally thought this too, it is definately internal when the cluth allows the transmission to take over. but only at low rpms
