you might get a kick outta this but about 2am I needed to go make copies of a test review at the library on campus, and I decided to go on my bike. It had rained and was about 25*f outside so my bike was frozen over.
Well if you remember me getting a new seat a few threads back it was mainly because when I sat on my seat on my bike, it snapped in half. Rain got into a hole and wet the foam in the seat, and then froze.
It was, well, embarrassing. My girl was with me when we got on and said "nice job fatass". I'm 5'9, and weigh 160lbs. FML>

You can try exhaling from your mouth, and sort of blow down, towards the bottom of the helmet, that may help keep the warm moist airr off you glasses and inner visor.
Also, if you crack your visor open one click at redlights, that should help when sitting still.

I'm from Oregon and its cold here too. we had a few nice days (50s in the afternoon) here a few weeks ago and i thought what the heck I'm going to ride in to work 4:30 in the morning got half way there and i past a temp gauge mounted on the bank and it said 28 holy cow it was cold. i dressed ok but the thing that was cold was my hands i have nice shift gloves for summer and nothing else.. needless to say the tips of my fingers hurt for a week. worst 40 min ride i have had yet, except the ride home was great... was it worth it yes.... got to ride my bike, first time in a few months
