Default Took her out today...

Went for a little ride this afternoon. It was a blast.

I stayed on surface streets in my college town, didnt go any faster than 35(love it or hate it, thats the fastest speed limit in town). It was cold as hell, about 35-38 degrees while I was out. I cant wait for the MSF course, and actual warm weather.

Lol just watch the tires. Cold tires + hard lean = unhappy ending.

Now quit tempting the rest of us! Threw on my new jacket to double check the fit and next thing I knew, I had the keys to my bike in my hand. Luckily, with the wire harness half removed I can't take her out into the cold wind up here

No hard leans for this guy till all the sand is off the streets.

Cold as hell in Alabama in march? I think you need a new definition of cold. Lol. The reason I went out today is because I got my jacket and gloves today. I saw the package on my porch when I got home and started her up opened the package tried on my gear and went.

I had to ride with my visor open because my glasses would fog right as soon as I closed the shield. Any of you know of a way to close the shield and not have that happen?

A lot of helmet manufacturers make a breath deflector, that might do the trick.

There are also anti-fog treatments you can use for your visor (and glasses) that work with varying success.

I feel sorry for you guys, here in Sydney Aus I can ride all year round the lowest temp in winter during the day is about 12 Deg C I think that is about 54 Deg F. The main problem with our temperature is during summer when it gets up and over 40 Deg C thats well over 105 F for you guys i think and as you can emagine in those temps with all your riding gear on sucks.

It's rare but we can get temps that high here too. Only it's accompanied by horrible humidity.
