It could be the lack of oil cirrculating the engine when the bike is first started up.

How is the level of oil in your bike?

The ticking could be a number of things. Not to be an ***, but the engine is a moving machine, and there will be some noises.

I believe that since it's only heard when you start the bike it's could be CCT or the valves. usually it could be do to the lack of oil cirrculating. It takes a while when the for the oil to cirrculate in the mouring when you first start up the bike. Since it goes away after it's warm, I would look to much into it.

Make sure you go to a "trusted" shop. Keep us posted

CBR's are characteristicly ticky. When they were first released Honda dealers had loads of questions about them ticking a lot on idle or knocking. If its running ok and no lackperformance or excessive smoke, don't worry. Should be fine
