Default Throttle Stuck Wide Open/bogging

I had recently purchased an F3 and when I did they're were carb issues in which the carbs have been jetted, cleaned, redone 3 times in the past year.(Redic) Anyways i was recently pulling away from a stop sign and the bike took off (throttle pinned wide open) and washed out and took me down. Throttle cable not broken. Could this have been another carb issue? The throttle has been stuck wide open for a few days and now when I start the bike when I go to pull on the throttle it bogs and dies. Could the bogging be due to laying it down and fuel fouling out the plugs? Or could I be looking into something else also? Sorry for the long thread. Springs so close now and after I get this surgery due to the injury from going down, I want to ride!

You should probably look into the cables 1st. If it was stuck, start from the handlebar down to the throttle bodies. Sounds like a sketchy time...., good you're okay and optimistic about riding again

Thanks yeah I checked the cables I just wanted to see if anyone has heard about the carbs being the issue. Just because a local shop around here has worked on the carbs 3 times within the last 8 months...doesnt seem right? But also trying to get down to why it bogs down when i get on it now. Im guessing fouled out plugs from it going on its side.
