I took a look at using my f4i swinger on the f3. It will take some work, the frame and swinger has to be trimed, linkage either replaced with f4i or the center pivot has to be removed. The SA pivot bolt is a smaller diamiter so shims will have to be made.

Has anyone had any luck with more compatible swingarms? I was thinking of a hawk SSSA but they aint cheap and the f3 is such a wide bike i think it would look wrong.

 

valkie i think used a single sided swing from another bike, but they required heavy modification as well and were pricey.

 

I have single sides swing arms in my shop just not sure if that is the route i want to take. Especially if it takes more work than swapping over to an f4i sa.

 

i've seen the 600rr swing arm swap and the vfr. other than that i haven found much else but whatever u do will take alot of time.
