I found lots of posts that mention the best starting point for setting up the suspension is to set it all back to stock and start there. Problem is I have not found out what stock actually is. I have the service manual but I can't seem to find it anywhere in that. I don't have the owners manual, and perhaps that contains the correct information. soooooo.

What are the stock suspension settings for a 1995 CBR 600 F3?

Just click on the "95-98 CBR 600 F3" link in the lower left. Look in the section where it explains rebuilding the forks. It will give you the stock setting in that area. It just doesn't list it out in a table.

The "stickies" forum at the top of the F3 section also list a few others.

 

Thanks for the tip. I kept looking over it in the service manual. Boy there isn't much to that step. Thanks for the sanity check.
