Alrighty
A but of an update, i think i solved the swing rub problem by extending it a bit further backward and using solid steel pipe.



Removed the bendie

Ill test it out tomorrow and let you guys know how it goes, but as long as it clears the wheel, i think thats the mock up im going to use to make a single welded pipe out of.
What do you guys think?
Also, custom baffle? any ideas? Cut up the DnD?

That looks better.

At the auto places they sell this paste thing, it's very similar to JB weld but it's specifically for exhausts, it's usually in the same area as jbweld... it's a white tube, might say something like ceramic exhaust seal

ill look for it, however this is mostly a mock up and a proper weld job on it and it wont need any.
ill get some sound up tomorrow.

any ideas on a custom baffle?
oval, and maybe mimic the taillight?

i was just about to about 30min ago, and as soon as i took my bike out the tornadoe horn went off, so i brought my bike back in.

weather looks pretty bad
