Spicy's Undertail Exhaust
Alrighty
A but of an update, i think i solved the swing rub problem by extending it a bit further backward and using solid steel pipe.

Removed the bendie

Steel:

Needs only a small adapter and its almost spot on
Made the marks for the cut:

Made the cut:

Line up and paint:

Final mock up result:

Bit of jb to seal it for now:

---
Ill test it out tomorrow and let you guys know how it goes, but as long as it clears the wheel, i think thats the mock up im going to use to make a single welded pipe out of.
What do you guys think?
Also, custom baffle? any ideas? Cut up the DnD?

That looks better.
At the auto places they sell this paste thing, it's very similar to JB weld but it's specifically for exhausts, it's usually in the same area as jbweld... it's a white tube, might say something like ceramic exhaust seal
