Default Speedo help

Hi can someone help me I just been out on my bike and it just started playing up the speedo stopped working and but runs fine in first and seconded gear after that it misfiring in 3 4 5 and 6th gear can some 1 help me please

Welcome to the forum. I'm assuming that since you're posting in this section that you have an F3 of some year. The speedometer gets it signaling from the speed sensor that's located above the output shaft/front sprocket. The Pink/Green wire goes to the Speedometer. I'd check for a loose connection between these 2 places.

Thanks will have a look now yer it's a 98 . This site look to be Best I've found on the net for cbr

as for the misfires. could be carbs.

Stop no good I unplugged it and replugged it and still no change think a full strip down in Order unless and over idears ?

id check all your electrical connection first. ive had some get corroded and cause problems. check your fground wire too. i had a high speed stutter once due to a looses ground wire.
