Ok i just got the bike and was looking it over and came across this.. i cant seem to find any wiring diagram that would show what this is to. Please if anyone knows let me know what this is to... This is the front harness under the tank almost.. not the one under the rear seat..

 

looks to me like your r/r but im not sure you said it is almost under the tank? that sounds like the wrong place but that is what my r/r looked like before i replaced it because my bike wasnt charging
