Alright guys I am officially confused....why hasn't anyone posse'd up and rode down to this dude's house? You know where he lives, his phone number, where he works blah blah blah....If this happened to a few of the guys I know up here north of the border this dude would likely be in the hospital by now (or possibly a landfill site!). I am not advocating violence (just incase numb nuts' lawyer reads this ) but I will admit that I am shocked and a little disappointed that someone hasn't already taken matters into their own hands...

 

Jesus Christ Mary and Joseph-----this is a ridiculious *** thread----I hope that the individual that cashed the check and has yet to send the funds or goods back to the original purchaser isbreaking quite a few laws. Do the smart thing this has been dragged on way to long...send the money back..if you don't have the money than be honest about it and say you already spent it. So that further legal action can be taken aganist you so that way at least the seller can get his money back...Don't forget that IP addresses are logged so don't think for a second you can hide or escape persecution. I swear some people in this worldchoose not to think of the consequences and repercussions of their actions.

nothing to report. I sent my complaint into racine county sheriffs department last wednesday. They should have it sometime today or tomorrow. In the mean time i am looking into taking him into civil court here in maine. If he doesnt show then the judge will automatically find in my favor. If he doesnt pay then maine will have a warrant for him!
